Comment: This monitor is OK overall. It's a little directional, meaning that the color varies depending on viewing angle. I don't observe this on similar flatscreens at work, so if this bugs you I'd look elsewhere. It wasn't extra easy to set up. I had to fiddle with the settings to get what I wanted. That having been said, it's a good value for the money. I didn't want to spend a lot for a widscreen HD monitor and this is a good choice if you want a standard quality item at a reasonable price.

Comment: This monitor works fine but it was shipped with a manufacturing defect - there is one bright red pixel that is constantly there and is very distracting. Other than that, it was a good buy.

Comment: The name seems to carry itself. This is our second great Viewsonic we have purchased in the past 8 years. First one is a 19 inch flat panel LCD that is still going strong and vibrant.

Why, ViewSonic, did you not include a DVI cable?
You've included a VGA and Audio cable, but no DVI cable.
Are you kidding me?
A look at the side of the box under Contents shows "Video cable".
The correct video cable for your monitor is not an option.
Other than that, it's a decent monitor.
