Unfortunately a generic screen was shipped in its place, and did not work when connected. It didn't even power up.However, when I reported the non-function to the supplier they refunded the purchase and shipping cost straight away. After they refunded, the supplier then asked for feedback on the product. This was exemplary service and behaviour. Although the product was faulty, I cannot fault the supplier.  exactly what i was looking for, By Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?) NOT A LAPTOP ) (Personal Computers) i am very satisfied with this screen. I took out my broken one and replaced it with this one and it works perfectly. in fact i'm using it right now. I fix computers and laptops in my free time so i knew how to replace the monitor and was done in about a half hour. the small screws were a little difficult because i have big hands.
