I recently built myself a desktop, so of course it was time for a new monitor. I knew I wanted LED for the power savings alone (and the arguably better blacks/contrast) and LG has been a good brand to me over the years. When I found this monitor for less than one hundred dollars, I jumped on it!
BUILD QUALITY
It is as good as any sub-$300 monitor - the stand is a little wobbly but honestly I haven't found a cheap monitor with a good stand yet! Part of the problem is that everything is plastic, so there is no real weight to it. Apart from that, I am not displeased!
ACCESSORIES/FUNCTIONALITY
In the box was the monitor and stand, power cable and DVI and VGA cables, this is pretty standard. It plugged in and was recognized in both Windows and OSX (I am on a hackintosh), and drivers were automatically installed. Nice monitor, Walmart is currently selling this unit for $159. Just got it today, easy install. Very pleased with the appearance of the unit and the display colors and brightness. Easy adjustments at set-up. So far so good.

Like The Screen But Plug Doesn't Work,

Been using this screen for a year now and the picture is sharp just how i like it but the plug that goes into the monitor never fit like it was supposed to... so everytime i just lightly touch it or move the monitor the screen shuts off and goes black... might've got a defective plug since no one else said anything about it on here
Bought this with another $200 screen and this one is the only one i use because the picture is so sharp.. would've gave it 5 stars if it wasn't for the crappy plug
