The monitor worked twice then it failed. The image was reversed (as in a mirror) and huge, to the point where you could not navigate any setup menus. I spent hours with Compaq tech support. The first two "technicians" blamed it on my computer saying the monitor is fine, it is the computer and because it is not a Compaq or HP computer, they cannot help me. I proved them wrong by testing my computer independently with another monitor (computer works perfectly) and their monitor with 2 perfectly functioning computers. Their monitor wasthe problem. Anyway on the 3rd call after about an hour they agreed to send me a code for return. They never did. I finally called Circuit City (the vendor) and they sent me UPS label for return and promised me a refund.
Do not buy Compaq/HP unless your entire system is that brand and you have tech service. I wouldn't even deal with them.

I order two of these monitor last month. One of the two failed within two weeks of use. I would rather spend a couple more dollars that having to send the monitors back.
