I really wanted to like this monitor, I am a huge Counter Strike fan, and when I heard two legends of the game were making their dream monitor, I was like "oh hell yes, finally a monitor for us, by us!" But it seems like they gave up on actually making a good monitor. Aside from the fact that it has really good response time, and a nice stand as far as height adjustment and tilting goes, the monitor is just bad. The panel is littered with problems, from weird blank pixels at the bottom, to light bleeding all over the place (and this isn't just on an unfortunate few, this is a widespread problem). This monitor is in no way worth $469.99, frankly the price is insulting, and you are paying purely for the names on the box. The panel looks hideous out of the box, and hours of tweaking still don't make it that much better. I can only repeat what others have said. Yes, I could notice a difference in smoothness playing @ 120hz but the backlight bleeding was phenominal . Even with brightness set to zero it was still apparent. At 50% the screen only had to be a little dark along the bottom for the bleeding to become intrusive. And that's the point. It was intrusive. I say "was" because I have already returned the product after just 3 days. I was expecting more from Benq given how much I liked my previous monitor of theirs.

Great picture, true 120 hertz. No dead spots or pixels. Great product. Deserves much higher review then others have given, this is a great monitor.
