Summary: Large, vibrant colors with very little heat output 2008-06-19
Comment: I've had this product for probably just over a year now and have had no problems with it. The pixels are 100% and the colors are great.
Not the most expensive, but it looks great and works just fine.

Summary: Acer AL1914 2008-05-27
Comment: Bad experiences with this monitor. After a year I have had display problems and audio problems that can not be fixed. I called the company, but the warranty was up and they were of no help. This monitor wasn't cheap and I expected it to last longer than a year.

Comment: I've been using this monitor for about 3 years now, with no problems. It originally had one bunk pixel, but it corrected itself after a bit of use. I'm an avid gamer, and watch dvds regularly using this monitor, and I have to say it performs great.

Summary: A Great Monitor 2006-12-21
Comment: This monitor that I have now is great.The grafics are great when playing Battlefield 2 and Empire Earth. It's also great for watching videos and it has never broke down on me. This monitor is for someone who plays games and watches videos on Youtube and yet doesn't want to pay for the $800 Plasma Monitor that can do everyting.All in all, this is one fantastic monitor.

Summary: Decent Monitor - No Trouble so Far 2006-11-28
Comment: I've had my al1914 for 11 months. My wife picked it up for me so it wasn't my first pick. So I had doubts about it from the beginning.
I use it at least 2-5 hours a day every day. And so far it has yet to disappoint me. It does auto adjust when it initially turns on but I almost never see it happen. The image is crisp; colors appear to be nearly perfect and the screen size is awesome.
This is definitely not the best quality monitor on the market but for the price it was perfect for me.
