Short story: Glare free surface, excellent color reproduction, HD, fair price, and satisfaction. My Huey corrected nicely for photo editing. And, VESA compatible! Surprising how difficult it is to determine that capability from web descriptions. I changed to this monitor when my well-used Dell hi-res 24" developed a vertical green line for my constant perusal. I'm very satisfied with this LG FLATRON unit, both for office use and for photo editing. I did have to go to my graphics card setup and change the % of overscan in order to fill the screen with Windows. No big deal, just keep that in mind when you first fire it up.

I think LG makes excellent products and this monitor is no exception. Added this to a Dell 24" for dual-display and the LG held it's own against the superior (and much higher priced) Dell.
Pros:
1) good color saturation
2) VGA, DVI & HDMI inputs
3) height and tilt adjusts
4) no noticeable ghosting on any game that I tried (2ms response)
5) price
Cons:
1) true 16:9 (1920x1080): not really a con, but you do lose 120 vertical pixels vs 1920x1200
Wouldn't hesitate to buy another.
