Comment: Had it for a month & works well sharp image & bright. The tilt angle adjustments took a bit to get use to. As did the one button display adjuster. All in all very pleassd with the monitor. Good Price Would recommment to a friend

Comment: I own two of these monitors and have placed them side-by-side on my desk. As such I can see there are significant differences in color and brightness between the two. This has not been my experience with other manufacturers (for example, I have a pair of Dells at work, never had to adjust them). And it is next to impossible to calibrate them both to the same color and brightness, I've just given up. I suspect there are two different firmware versions or something; the menus even look different between the two. Unfortunately you cannot flash this monitor's firmware, you are stuck with what you have.

Also, the menu button is the same as the power button, and can click any of the four directional buttons if you don't hit it squarely in the center. This causes you to have to press directly and carefully in order to turn off your monitors, something I do daily. It's maddening at times to try to turn these off.

The driver from the website isn't as good (from what I can tell) as the Windows XP Plug and Play driver. I wasn't able to get the full native resolution out of the AOC driver.

On the plus side, the image quality is very high for the money, the screens are bright and they look sharp with the piano finish. I really enjoy the size, especially with two, and am grateful to God to have been able to afford them.

I won't be returning them (too late anyway) but I wish I'd have known these things before dropping the cash (was in a hurry that day). Buyer, beware.

Comment: Did not buy from Amazon this time since I needed a fast replacement for my "old" NEC CRT monitor. I live in Costa Rica.

At the first I was flabbergasted with the quality and the brightness - still have to get used to the latter one - and by the ease of setup (Win 7 64bit). Change the driver from "PnP" to "AOC" in the device manager, and bingo!

...and I even can read the fine print on websites much better.

Comment: Excellent monitor at any price. A special bargain at this price. Great picture, attractive styling, a sturdy, adjustable base. Only negative is no HDMI connection - but adapters are cheap and easy.
